14 Days Easy Exchange and Return:

2. Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
3. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
4. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
6. After receiving your returned package, we wil issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days acordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.
